I believe that people should not be fired due to a blog, tweet or post that they wrote. The freedom of speech allows that. Everyone is allowed to hate their boss or dislike their job and they shouldnt get fired because of it. As long as you're working as hard as the next guy.

Social Media Revolution

I belive that people as a whole are beginning to get controlled through the media. We are all becoming a little less social each time we txt, or update our status's. Were getting sucked into this new world where we live our lives with technology everywhere we go. I don't think that this fad will go away, atleast not in the near future.
